Open up a new account

HSBC Premier Account
Already an existing customer? You can upgrade to a HSBC Premier Account, which offers many additional benefits. To become a HSBC Premier Account holder you must be eligible. You will be eligible if you:

·       Have a residential address within the EU.

·       Are 18 years or older.

·       Are able to provide certified proof of identity, address and one month’s bank statements from your current bank.

·       Have savings or investments of at least £50,000 with HSBC in the United Kingdom.

·       Have an individual annual income of at least £100,000 and either a mortgage, investment product, life insurance or protection product with HSBC in the UK.

Lost or stolen cards

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, it is recommended that you alert HSBC as soon as possible. The sooner that you tell HSBC, the sooner they can help you. You can call HSBC’s customer services helpline or the emergency line to help protect your money. By reporting your card lost or stolen, HSBC will cancel your card immediately and send out a replacement as soon as possible. Once you have received your new card, you can activate it by contacting the customer services team.

Moving Abroad
